Club Automation's scheduler has been the most helpful aspect of the software. It allows us to fit systems into our business rather than our business into systems.

Some downside to Club Automation include some inconsistencies around reporting and scheduling.
While the reporting in Club automation is robust yet simple, we find inconsistencies in data formating and available data across different reports.
The inconsistencies in scheduling prevent us from really operating some club offerings in the most desired ways. For example, service schedules (ex: Tennis, Swimming, Personal Training) vary in how they are presented, either resource based (Courts) or provider based (Personal Trainer) and is not able to be changed which prevents us from allowing visibility on the mobile app and online and adding additional services. We switched to Club Automation from CSI Spectrum for our membership tracking and billing, and we can already see a huge improvement of quality and customization. It is also web-based, unlike our other platform, so staff can use it anywhere and it allows our members to use it themselves! They are able to sign in and register for programs, pay their bills, look at statements. All of this information was coming from the front desk before so this takes a huge burden off them. The implementation of a new platofrm from another is never easy, and this was no exception. The sheer amount of data that needed to be tranferred overcaused a few hiccups, and members learning a new app is always a challenge. I also think CA could try to include more club staff members in their onboarding training, rather than just their main contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
