The UX, user exprience. It is so much easier to use than MindBody. I was using it for almost 2 years and then wanted a login system for my students and to be able to track techniques for students.

There are a million features and you can do almost anything you need. It works with accounting software by creating excel spreadsheets with any information you need such as receipt numbers, bill numbers, amounts before or after tax. Customer service is fast, they respond to any enquiry within 24 hours, if they can help with your situation by explaining, they will give detailed instructions including pictures to help resolve any issues. Super complicated. It took nearly 6 months for me to feel comfortable and be able to do some of the most basic things such as updating the class schedules.
