What do you like best about Datto BCDR?

Very easy to implement and use. The dashboard is pretty complete, plus we are sure to have exceptional support whenever a disaster occurs. It's already integrated in our PSA and RMM solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not a cheap solution, and the small cmpanies understand how much they need it only when they speriment a disaster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datto BCDR?

The fact that I know backups are running without having to constantly check on storage limits or services. How I can easily spin up a server when something goes wrong, also it makes doing maintenance less stressful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datto BCDR?

The simplicity and the capabilities of the solution. Also the support we received, and we have logged a bunch of calls have been quick and responsive to resolve the issue or answer the question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto BCDR?

- Recovery back to production following a cloud DR event requires Datto support for a "Reverse Send" zero downtime recovery.

- Virtualised CPU Cores on the Siris server do not have equivalent or superior CPU processing power to our production system, despite being later and improved generation. Resulting in more CORES being required for the virtualised servers in a DR event.

- Migration from one Siris server to the other must be a Datto Supported migration (But it is easy with Datto support and they sort it out quickly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Customers often call because they're mistakenly deleted files from the server. Quick file recovery is so important.

Other products, I needed to purchase between 2 and 3 times the data that I need to backup so that it can hold atleast 2 full backups.
