Best in class support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not enough lower cost options. The need to jump to the higher end solutions Once over 1.5 TB in backup drives is a little dated and needs to be revisited and updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have had good success with Datto. When I call support they are always there and use good troubleshooting steps to come to a solution to the issue. The interface is easy to use. The stats are mostly reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The field to search for customers is now an option. It should be up on the screen instaed of having to add it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to understand the pricing models and there are very little issues related to properly sizing for 3-5 years of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Datto SIRIS line IS the best BCDR solution on the market. When the client understands the true cost of downtime, they quickly understand the value that the Datto SIRIS line brings to their company. Datto SIRIS is NOT backup, it IS Business Continuity, which is a completely different thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More security and logging needs to be implemented when virtualizing a restore point as an internal bad actor could access and export data with no one being the wiser. We have recently proferred a solution to Datto.
Datto is a channel only company, which means in our mind, that support does not have to deal with the lack of technical acumen from an end-user. When we call in for support, our engineers are forced to deal with level one support technicians. We don't need to burn time being asked if we turned it off and on again. If we are calling in, we need to be able to immediately speak to an experienced professional that is at or above our skill level and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once setup there is nothing else to do, it functions reliably without need of invertention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some machines fail to boot in the cloud, requires a call to support to get them to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datto Siris for our customers meets our needs to take backups for all VMs and provide a disaster recovery enviroment.
With a very easy interface, it makes sure that backups are consistent, starting on a regular basis snapshots VMs in a isolated lan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Device is isolated from the lan and this makes it acceesible only from cloud console. While this is a grat feature to be sure that no hacking is possible in case of an intrusion, sometimes, when customers have restricted firewall rules for internet access, we need it a little bit of effort to open ports and destinations to Datto Cloud. I like the verification screenshots after a backup is taken to ensure the backup is a good one. If I get a failure it can be as easy as a snapshot issue or that device or site is down. So it actually is an early notifier to me about my VM servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, can't think of anything I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing anout SIRUS is the ease of use. Up to now I haven't used a more robust backup as the Datto SIRUS. It has been a life saver in that being able to stand up a server locally or in the cloud to keep our clients working while we get server/PC's back up and running. Being able to contact customer service around the clock is also a huge benefit as sometimes issues can arise in the middle of the night or on weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really seen any downsides of the SIRUS except when we first started using the device we did have hardware issues quite a bit, but that was quickly mitigated with new updated devices being released reguarly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best quality of Datto BCDR for me: the ease of use and the security it conveys Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that datto BCDR is not compatible with more linux distributed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
