I like best that you can count it will just work. I can always count on the reliability of the devices from onboarding to backing up to restoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had trouble in the past when trying to offboard a device or set it up with special networking that I needed to use a specific monitor, but normal adapters would not work and had to buy specific expensive hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am positive the backup data is valid and the VMs can be restored. I have used other BCDR products where you are quite unsure if a restore will be successful. The various verification jobs are a nice to have as well for reassurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of hyper-visor\agentless backup support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a hybrid of local back up and cloud back up in one product is super helpful and is VERY easy to use. Their support is very helpful for the most part, I have one experience where they weren't great, but I went to my account rep and he got it sorted out for me. They're easy to set up and then they just run regular back ups without much thought needed on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost is really the only reason I don't have SIRIS devices in every clients location. But even in the cases where we aren't using SIRIS, Datto has other systems that are more cost efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automated process with the cloud and local back-ups plus the monitoring options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Failing the local backup due to space contstraints without a warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
