Datto SIRIS is an all-in-one BCDR solution built for MSPs to efficiently prevent data loss and minimize downtime. What do you like best about Datto BCDR?

I am positive the backup data is valid and the VMs can be restored. I have used other BCDR products where you are quite unsure if a restore will be successful. The various verification jobs are a nice to have as well for reassurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datto BCDR?

Having a hybrid of local back up and cloud back up in one product is super helpful and is VERY easy to use. Their support is very helpful for the most part, I have one experience where they weren't great, but I went to my account rep and he got it sorted out for me. They're easy to set up and then they just run regular back ups without much thought needed on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto BCDR?

The cost is really the only reason I don't have SIRIS devices in every clients location. But even in the cases where we aren't using SIRIS, Datto has other systems that are more cost efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our insurance requires we keep a current copy of our back up at least 25km's from our office, so this gives us that without having to set up our own cloud system or taking physical drives to another location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want a rock solid back-up and disaster recovery solution for your clients, there is NO BETTER product on the market than a Datto SIRIS, period.

Not enough lower cost options. The need to jump to the higher end solutions Once over 1.5 TB in backup drives is a little dated and needs to be revisited and updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SMBs don't have budgets for redundant servers and often are forced to by the "lowest end" of the server lines. Having a rock-solid backup and disaster recovery solution in place at a reasonable price is paramount to the safety and performance of any SMB. So, i solves a big problem in relying on low-end server technology and gains the end-customer peace of mind when recovering deleted files or recovering from a server disaster.
