The best part of running this software is the people and philosophy they carry. From sales, onboarding, engineering, billing to support departments, all of the teams are very helpful. They genuinely want to figure out ways to assist and make the application adapt to business needs. We have engaged with Winpharm on several occasions looking for assistance or ideas for change. We have not encountered anything that we do not like. If there is ever an issue with service, Datascan is quick to respond and remedy. In business it is unrealistic to expect you will never have an issue. It is not unrealistic for a service company to provide solutions when an issue comes up.
