I have noticed that sometimes when trying to recover an Excel spreadsheet using the program, it hangs on doing a process that never ends, and when it happens I must restart the computer, wait for it to start again and then try to recover the file and finally it does well, however it is quite annoying to have to restart the PC to perform the operation, use Windows 10 and previously had the version of Windows 7, where that failure did not occur, it is necessary to ensure compatibility with Windows 10 to ensure that failures do not occur as mentioned.
