We've been using Data Virtuality for more than 4 years to collect data from Salesforce into our datalake: setup has been easy, the service level was good, and the support team was up and ready to help when we happened to have some incidents on the pipeline. Also, the tool is very cost-effective in comparison to other ETL tools (Fivetran, Stitch, etc), which was one of the main reasons for us chosing it at the time. Data Virtuality is a powerful tool which easily integrates a wide range of different data sources. Every data source then can be accessed with SQL. It also has a powerful job scheduler and with its ability to write procedural SQL you can write complex ETL pipelines in a very short time. More information about what happens "inside" the software would be great, especially when encountering a bug or unexpected behavior.
