The way you can set the exact rules by which different pieces of content will be surfaced to your sales team and the metrics you get from the portals. It gives marketing much more control over the later stages of the sales cycle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce native app that gives us visibility over the content that has been shared with our prospects/customers throughout the sales cycle from lead stages to closed-won. Our customers can find all the information from us in one platform created for them. They can easily share it with their organization without looking through several emails and attachments, which then help us understand the political landscape. Ability to suggest content relevant to the record that is being viewed (lead / opportunity). Ability to track the interaction (open / click) on the content. Keep track easily of what information / collaterals have already been shared with the contact / lead previously. Create secure portals to store all documents so that the contact / lead can easily find all our collaterals and don't need to search through their emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only very small downside is the footprint of the package (21 extra Objects) including some that are not used (deprecated). If this could be cleaned up and surplus objects removed it would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A lot of our time goes into creating assets for the sales team, whether it is case studies, one-pagers, explanatory videos, etc. And although the sales team is made aware of each new piece of content, it’s not easy to make sure that they actually use it. So, a lot of content probably goes unused, which can only result in wasted time and marketing budget. Data Dwell helps me see what is and isn’t being used, what each Sales rep uses and when, and that helps us adjust accordingly. But most importantly, the assets are promoted to them directly in the pipeline, so they don’t spend a lot of time searching for documents anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
