Best thing I like about Dashworks is how it gathers data around different platforms such as Slack,Gmail, gDocs which makes it really robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little faster and if possible consider getting data from the internet and combining overall results that can help users to mitigate digging further for an issue on google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a mostly remote team, daily communicating - also remotely - with clients, we have a bunch of folders, documents, and important information messaged via Slack channels all across the place. So a part of every day is dedicated to finding 'where is that doc' and 'where is that memo' that you urgently need. A knowledge assistant tool like Dashworks' Dash AI is of great help when you need to get a quick summary of all that dispersed information instead of eternal searching and asking people to reshare the same things again and again. Nothing as of now. I know it's based on gpt system but can it create diagrams like sequence/class/hld/lld/UML kind. If this could be incorporated that would be very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part is, it provides references as well. I can just click the reference and see for myself how much of the provided response is true and where its derived from. These references also give some deeper context on the answer provided Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly sometimes Dashworks just isnt trained enough to answer the questions. Sometimes it gives a feel that dashworks wouldn't know a certain answer and I had rather not waste my time. In my opinion this might be due to the lack of proper prompts or that the model is really still very early in the learning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
