This is a tool I started using daily, and I find it helpful to have access to search all my data and access to a lot of models in a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI slightly differs from other chatbots, which can blur conversations together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

while the search functionality is powerful, there are occasional instances where results aren’t as precise as we’d like, requiring some manual digging.
These are relatively minor challenges, and the Dashworks team has been responsive to feedback, so we’re hopeful for continued improvements. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashworks integrates seamlessly with platforms like Salesforce, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams, making it a centralized hub for accessing information across all our tools. Its ability to pinpoint exactly what we’re looking for—and even build upon that information is remarkable, ensuring the AI aligns perfectly with our organization’s unique context and requirements. The one-time email activation process could be streamlined to enable faster email responses. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an option to rename topics in the left panel for better organization. Expanding integrations with tools in the Microsoft ecosystem, such as OneNote and Engage, would also enhance the platform's functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far the best tool ive used for pulling information and trouble shooting company specific issues within our google workspace and drive documents. I especially enjoy that i can direct dashworks in specific directions for information. and the verified documents ability is something fantastic to maintain a single source of truth. The biggest downsides for me are the speed of the queries and its often overlooking data within large spreadsheets. The lack of mobile app (tho i understand it is coming) has been an inconvienince as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its intuitive enough to ask direct questions to regarding where data or information is located, as well as being able to summarize succinctly using AI. I rarely have an issue where I remember that a document or point of data exists but not where I can find it. This used to happen to me all the time. Now, I can just ask Dashworks. I don't face a lot of downsides from using Dashworks. There are no distinct challenges unique from using other LLMs or AI tools. I can troubleshoot easaily using common workarounds and prompt engineering. I would just like some assurances that it doesn't use the data that it has access to in order to train AI models, which is important to me and my organization. Immediately useful within minutes. With a free trial, I was able to configure all of our internal data sources and see how well it worked within a few minutes. The power of ChatGPT combined with all of our internal knowledge creates amazingly helpful results. Whether training new employees, answering a question on Slack (with the helpful Slack bot integration), or writing a new article with proprietary information, I'm constantly amazed at how well it works. The per-user pricing is fair and approachable, so it's easy to try, validate, and roll out incrementally. In additionl, the team and CEO were very responsive to questions and concerns, and were willing to work with us to find a pricing model that worked well for our needs. Many other solutions we looked at required the usual "contact us", Enterprise demo, were impossible to try, or had extremely prohibitive pricing. The RAG-based approach is also helpful to ensure privacy and security as they don't retain your data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Responses can take 10s of seconds. This is understandable as they do not store any data and query results in real time, but that also allows them to keep costs down, and there's less of a security concern without them storing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to check the system, which provides a nice AI summary of documents across our apps like Sharepoint. Even better, it is able to read through our documents and provides citations. Plus it does the same for the web and 7 AI models. It's awesome to be able to do all this from one place. It's a huge time saver. The team at Dashworks is also super easy to work with. I don't really have any dislikes. The only thing I wish we could do, is do one search accross our apps, the web, and AI, but at the end of the day, it's not hard to switch between them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works as advertise. It links right into the apps we use and we are able to plug and play. It has been great for providing answers and summarizes details well. I use it daily as it is now part of my daily workflow. Support is always timely and we had no issues with implementation and rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike. We have apps that are not connected that we use, but they are in the pipeline and we hope to have them soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dashworks can get data shared within the company, and hence its data set is much better than any other independant LLMs out there, actually working better than them since it has even more context regarding the users needs. Whether it be a google doc, or some chat, Dashworks gets it for you.
I have even used it to when I have to write emails to stakeholders, without giving complete context about the project or subject in mind.
It seamless integration in slack means that many times I don't even need to open up in browser, reducing the time to get some data.
I can also change the underlying LLM model, allowing me to play even further and decide what model gives the most optimal response on a case by case basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes when asked to generate a paragraph, email it simply returns the format or guide on writing, rather than writing itself which becomes frustrating after 2 retries.
There's also the fact that Dashworks takes much longer than other GPT models to generate response. It makes sense when it has to search across company data, but for a generic query also it takes the same amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that Dashworks has access to my internal applications, such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook and One Drive. The integration with bitbucket is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two main things:
1. There seems to be a very small "buffer" size for the knowledge base. Oftentimes, I'm not able to get the results I want, if the source file is too big. Example, I ask for a summary of items fitting within a specific criteria, and Dashworks only returns partial results, due to the size of the source file. I would like to see this expanded.
2. I see that there are integrations for Wrike, Asana, and JIRA, but we are using Clickup. I have already requested that Clickup be added to the supported integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, Dashworks is the best omni-search AI tool in the market that enables us to answer all kinds of questions using natural language and build workflows and bots. It's an excellent solution for us at Endeavor because we have a lot of fragmented information across various tools. Dashworks is helping us to build a collective memory at Endeavor. One of our challenges is that most of our knowledge is tribal knowledge and not institutionalized, residing only in people's heads. With Dashworks, we are narrowing down this gap. I would love to understand more about the limitations on the context window that the models have and know if there are limitations versus using directly gpt, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
