Not only that the bots not support certain basic features (like bot reset, or calling the customer by name when provided and I found around 10 more), but all bots must have the same name and avatar, making them non-functional for different purposes and sites. I like that it was easy to implement Dashly codes to the site and that we have an all-in-one solution to communicate with our site visitors via online chat, pop-ups and chatbots.
