DailyPay Pros and Cons

From an Admin perspective, I like the ease to transmit/Integrate Payroll information and the minimal admisntrative time. Employees do appreciate the benefit of having their pay Daily and on Demand, some users make transfers frequently (a few times a week). Implementation was easy and didn't require IT professionals. Our caregivers have access to earned income between bi-weekly pay days. They are motivated to pick up more shifts which contributes to service-levels needed by clients being met. Our employee's have been quite satisfied with utilizing the Daily Pay features with allowing them to access payroll funds earlier. This is not only a benefit to our employee's, it has also helped our Payroll Team with eliminating processing of Pay Advances. We are also very happy with the On Demand (off cycle payment) availability when needed for providing immediate pay to employee's for items which cannot wait until the following paydate.
