The implementation team was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They provided us with all of the items we needed to have a robust roll out. The product seemlessly integrated with our systems so we did not have a heavy lift to get this benefit to our employees. The DailyPay admin website is so user friendly it did not require additioanl hours of training which was refreshing for my team. The employee engagement with the roll out was much higher than we anticipated and I feel this product has assisted our hiring managers offer our employees a much wanted benefit.

Our only issue arises from employees not understanding how the benefit works, even though DailyPay lays out how everything works on the app upon employee enrollment some employees get worried when their direct deposit information changes to their DailyPay account. Genlty reminding employee to check the app resolves the issue pretty quickly.

I love the fact that our team members have access to their funds to use at their discretion. Life happens and sometimes we need funds before payday. DailyPay give our team the flexibility to track and access their earnings at any time. The implementation and integration process was simple and easy without any hang ups. The new Credit Health feature is also excellent as it allows an indepth look into your credit profile while offering credit score monitoring. Lastly, my customer support has been excellent. Jessica is an excellent DailyPay representative who takes the time to answer any questions I may have and to provide the most up to date and accurate information. DailyPay has helped promote hiring and has proven to increase our new hire retention. Employees face many financial obstacles and become stressed this affects their performance. DailyPay has truly eased this burden by offering access to their wages before payday. As an employer we want to do everything we can to give our employees as many benefits and tools to promote a stable work life balance. DailyPay has made this possible for our employees. Daily Pay is the best option for early pay because all the heavy lifting is on Daily Pay, and no extra work has been put on our teams. The process is very simple to implement and once live, it works very smoothly. Our employees have shared feedback of appreciation. Daily Pay uses your phone number for your account set up. That causes access issues if you switch employers and keep Daily Pay. My former employer and my current one force us to use SSO (single sign on). I had issues getting my new employer account set up because my personal data was already linked to an account from my previous employer. When I try to access Daily Pay through the app, it takes me to my former employer's SSO site. This is a minor issue that they can help work through, but it is a bit frustrating. Any time we have a question, concern or have anything to share, our Success Manager is always right on top of it. Carmen keeps us informed through our Monthly touch base about all the new improvements, enhancements as well as takes feed back from our employee experience to continuously improve or even add features that enhance Daily pay services. This isnt' so much Daily pay as it is the user. The one thing i dislike about these type of programs is the enabling factor resulting in employees' dependency or daily earnings cash out. As a HR Payroll Manager, CYCLE Pay through Daily Pay has made my job so much easier. It has streamlined those checks I have to do for terminations that can't wait for the normal payroll cycle. My contact Taylor makes everything so simple and explains everything with such great detail. This program has done great for a lot of our employees. They have been able to pay bills on time or get out of a situation they wouldn't have been able to without Dailypay. Customer support is always quick to respond and find a solution to the problem. Our employees really enjoy the eayness, convience and the number of features there is avaible to them. It is super easy for them to sign up and get started.
