These types of requests are typically common development or maintenance tasks that can be completed within a set timeframe (e.g., approximately 72 hours). Standard requests are designed to address everyday needs without requiring extensive customization or complex engineering efforts.

Feature Enhancements: Small improvements or adjustments to existing features.

API Integrations: Setting up or modifying integrations with third-party applications using predefined APIs.

Documentation Updates: Creating or updating technical documentation for software or processes.

UI/UX Tweaks: Minor design adjustments, such as small layout or interface improvements.

Performance Optimization: Simple optimizations to improve speed or efficiency without large-scale changes.

A custom request refers to a task or work request, that isn't a standard request, that involves more complex, specialized, or tailored development work. These requests typically go beyond routine tasks and require additional time, resources, or expertise to complete. Custom requests are ideal for businesses needing new features, integrations, or substantial modifications that are unique to their product or project.

Examples of custom requests:

New Feature Development: Building entirely new features based on a client's specific business needs (e.g., custom dashboards, unique reporting tools).

New UI/UX Design: New and tailored software interfaces specifically for client branding or for specific user experience needs that go beyond standard templates.

Full Cloud Migration: Comprehensive migration services for large datasets, complex workflows, or legacy systems with unique requirements.

An "In Progress" request refers to a work request that is currently being worked on by the CytoCync team. This status indicates that the request has been received, reviewed, and is actively being developed or completed.

An "In Progress" request can either be a standard or a custom request.

The CytoCync portal helps identify which requests are "In Progress" and provides real-time updates on the status of each request.

Once a request is marked as "In Progress", you can expect regular updates on the status of the work, including estimated completion timelines and any additional information needed from you to move forward.

"Blocked" requests are not considered "In Progress" requests. If the CytoCync team becomes "blocked" on a request, meaning they need additional information or resources from you to continue, they will reach out to you to resolve the issue. During this time the team may pivot to another request until the issue is resolved.
