There is little I like about working with Cygnus. I guess I would say that they have a 24 hour call line is something I like, but the emergency response from that line ends up being what I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have often reached out to Cygnus for assistance with all sorts of IT issues - from a printer not working to my entire computer not booting up correctly. Whenever I have needed help from Cygnus, they have responded promptly and resolved the issue as quickly, patiently, and expertly as possible. Most of my issues have been for accessing our systems while working remotely or problems connecting to our printers. For others in the office, it is usually a quick fix; however, because I have a Mac laptop, I'm generally on the phone with Cygnus for multiple sessions before the issue gets resolved. Password reset issue - company mandated password reset didn't 'cascade' to all systems. I changed my password when prompted by the system as I had in the past. After a week I was having issues with certain systems and the new password I'd created wasn't being accepted.
