Cygnus has taken the time to understand our processes and our software packages. They assigned us a dedicated engineer who is most familiar with how we do things, but the additional specialists also strive to do so. Cygnus acts as an intermediary for us regarding our Agency Management System, which helps us not to have to wait on hold for help. Their complete care manages our on-site server and other office machines as needed. They are always available to us for issues in our office or at our home offices. Moving to remote work has been easy as they helped us be ready for this process. As they have grown throughout our relationship, their service only keeps improving. I have had multiple issues, since Cygnus Systems took over IT duties for RDS. I have usually been helped by either Holden or Kevin. I had an issue with printing bein defaulted to double-sided print, which was corrected. I also had an issue with Adobe Acrobat DC asking me to save all documents to a new name, each time I opened and revised the record in any way, creating multiple extra unnecessary steps. This issue was also fixed. Kevin did an excellent job in setting up my laptop and docking station for Windows 10 and Microsoft 365. The only negative issues I can think of is not having someone from Cygnus Systems in our office each day, and on occasion, it takes a while to get an issue resolved, either in the office or remotely. However, I have had help remotely, as well, from both Holden and Kevin, and they have always eventually resolved any issue I might be having with anything related to the laptop, server, Adobe Acrobat DC or the DRR Project. We use Cygnus as our outsourced IT solution provider. They help with day-to-day tickets/questions from our users at the office and at home. They also assist us with special projects. Cygnus helps with my day-to-day IT needs. Overall, a good service provider. People seem friendly overall. It does seem like there are some knowledge gaps within the staff, and if senior members find a solution, I wish the knowledge was transferred to other team members. I have one issue, in particular, that is frequent for my team and me. It seems we are consistently facing the same issue in our service request, and information as to how it was fixed is does not seem to be passed on to new team members. After a significant IT update on my computer, it was stuck in update mode. I called IT to assist me with resetting my computer properly to initiate the proper update.
