Very user friendly! This is an easy tool to use and the clients love the simplicity and professional look of it as well. Social Tables gives the client a clear vision from which to manage their event so that the set-up and safety measures taken make sense before it becomes a reality. This tool creates talking points and descriptions which are key to showing a successful ROI to the client. I enjoy being able to design a full floor plan and label everything so that the client can see exactly how the diagram will bring their event to life and accomplish their goals! I like that the program has everything I need right at my finger tips. Meeting space and items in it are to scale and you get a quick reference as to what can and cannot work for meetings. I love that layouts can be saved and duplicated for future use. I also love the sharing capabilities so that clients and customers can collaborate with you on diagrams.
