1. Organisational Workflows: is great and is available with templates. This easy to use feature gets real complex if you have big workflows involving tons and tons of steps and directions. However, once you have created the template, the same workflow can be used by duplicating and then creating new workflows from it.

2. Human and non-human work observability: can be achieved at a firm-level from this tool. This is not an easy task, but this can simply be done by Cutover.
