
Tech Excel Customerwise did a good job of keeping track of incidents for our software help desk. If properly managed incidents will not fall through the cracks. The ability to set up customized routing is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface was a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Also, the reporting system was not nearly as flexible as it needed to be. You could create customized reports but I always had difficulty getting exactly what I needed on the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
