What do you like best about CustomerSure?

CustomerSure is a pleasure to work with!

For me, CustomerSure is a Customer Centric organisation which provides a great tool to manage customer feedback, and they lead by example.

They listen to their customer feedback and implement changes/improvements based on their customer requirements.

The interface is easy to use (once you get your head around it). Luke and Chris have been extremely helpful with this and many other things. The reports are easy to view and understand. Data can be easily exported.

Guy is very knowledgeable, always gives a good CX advice, and Gill is easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CustomerSure?

Honestly, apart from a few UX niggles, nothing. It took me a while to get my head around some of the permissions, but Luke and Chris have been very supportive throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CustomerSure software helps us gather customer feedback, in real time across the globe. It helps us identify our strengths and weaknesses, and measure progress over time.

We are a global business so global coverage with multi login, and multi language (and character capability) was a must, which Customer Sure can support. Including Multi Factor Authentication which is becoming a must in many organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Providing customers with a channel to provide unabridged feedback that enables us to improve. Improve tactically for individual customers to resolve immediate challenges as well as looking at the bigger picture for themes that enable us to improve the experience for all customers. We capture CSAT and NPS which is very essential for past experience feedback and forward looking projection as well.
