What do you like best about CustomerCount?

The platform is determined, and it resolves the many customer questions, where accurate surveys are done and responses shared. Besides, the results are easy to understand, and there are actionable structures that solves many clients challenges. The software has made proper customer navigations, where all the feedbacks are shared and proper surveys conducted to share strategic business communciations. Currently, we are not experiencing any downsides in working with Customer Count. The organization has excelled at helping Breckenridge Grand Vacations control the flow of feedback from our owners and guests. Since we don't have a business which services hospitality guests or vacation ownership members we have had the opportunity to use CustomerCount to gauge NPS scores among our clients and also we use it for some of our association clients to survey their members.
