What do you like best about Cruzata CRM?

Cruzata CRM is not helpful. Sometimes there are delays, in data reporting. It is better if they improve real time analytics to boost productivity that it lacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cruzata CRM?

The software uses a user interface as it is difficult to navigate and utilize all the features. The reporting and analysis tools have functionality, which hampers data insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cruzata CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cruzata CRM is unable to solve the problem of valuing payments. The processes for importing and exporting data are also quite cumbersome and time consuming. This has obstructed my business as it does not ensure that we correctly calculate the value of each payment received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
