**What do you like best about Cruzata CRM?**

What I like best about Cruzata CRM is how easy it is to keep track of customer information and communication all in one place. It helps me stay organized, follow up with customers more efficiently, and quickly find the information I need without having to search through emails or notes

**What do you dislike about Cruzata CRM?**

One thing I dislike about Cruzata CRM is that some tasks can take more clicks than necessary, and occasionally it can be difficult to find certain information quickly. While it has a lot of useful features, the interface could be a little more streamlined and user-friendly

**What problems is Cruzata CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cruzata CRM helps solve the problem of keeping customer information, communication history, and follow-up tasks organized in one place. This benefits me by saving time, reducing the chance of missing important customer interactions, and making it easier to provide consistent service since all the information I need is readily available.

Till now I have not found any dislike in the product

It is solving the basic ticketing system which were used in my organisation

**What do you like best about Cruzata CRM?**

Cruzata CRM is not helpful. Sometimes there are delays, in data reporting. It is better if they improve real time analytics to boost productivity that it lacks.

**What do you dislike about Cruzata CRM?**

The software uses a user interface as it is difficult to navigate and utilize all the features. The reporting and analysis tools have functionality, which hampers data insights.

**What problems is Cruzata CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cruzata CRM is unable to solve the problem of valuing payments. The processes for importing and exporting data are also quite cumbersome and time consuming. This has obstructed my business as it does not ensure that we correctly calculate the value of each payment received.

The interface of this software is very user-friendly as well as full of various features. This software helps in lead management, email marketing, storing data and activity tracking, and much more.

Although it is a feature-laden software, sometimes the software becomes a bit slow due to the heavy workload.

Cruzata CRM software is the best Platform for sales, this software has all the features that a salesperson would need for sales. With great features like calendar management, analysis reports, and interaction tracing, it saves the user time and increases productivity.

Nothing precisely, but I would love to see a more modern approach in terms of its UI

It helps me in Managing leads, contracts, agreements. Its ability to track activities and analyze trends is impressive.
