The software uses a user interface as it is difficult to navigate and utilize all the features. The reporting and analysis tools have functionality, which hampers data insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cruzata CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cruzata CRM is unable to solve the problem of valuing payments. The processes for importing and exporting data are also quite cumbersome and time consuming. This has obstructed my business as it does not ensure that we correctly calculate the value of each payment received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
