Analytical tools are the best part as I can easily analyse all the competitors' info. There are much data and comparison provided, giving us a chance to know more what other's doing. After understanding the market's demand and standard, promotion and content ideas can be adjusted.

The downside for me is that it took a while to understand to be able to use in a really meaningful way. The platform allows for such deep research that is very helpful to a niche user, but it took me some time to be able to utilize in that way and I felt I was just scraping the surface of content. Crowdtangle is versatile tool that can be beneficial for media tracking, publicity, editorial, and even general social listening needs.
