I don't have any major issues with CrowdRise by GFM. I guess it could be confusing on what GFM is vs CrowdRise and donors got confused. Also the pricing wasn't clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really didn't like all that much about it. It was alright when it was originally Crowdrise. Fundraising pages were integrated better, can share on social media easily, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it moved from Crowdrise to GoFundMe Charity years ago, it went downhill. Fees taken out of donations raised for the charity increased, you could not talk to a person anymore and had to wait a couple days to get a response via email. No wonder GoFundMe Charity shut down. The system is intuitive, easy to implement, and looks professional. CrowdRise customer service is friendly, fast, and provide great solutions to the rare problems I have encountered (mostly me wanting to do something unusual within the system).
