Simplicity of setting up the campaign and being able to receive donations and get contact information from donors to provide adequate updates. **What do you dislike about CrowdRise by GoFundMe?** I don't have any major issues with CrowdRise by GFM. I guess it could be confusing on what GFM is vs CrowdRise and donors got confused. Also the pricing wasn't clear. **What problems is CrowdRise by GoFundMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a tiny nonprofit and we focus on raising from anyone from $1 to thousands. So having a secure and simple platform to provide a case where funds are needed is great. ### 2. It was alright when it was originally Crowdrise. Fundraising pages were integrated better, can share on social media easily, etc... **What do you dislike about CrowdRise by GoFundMe?** When it moved from Crowdrise to GoFundMe Charity years ago, it went downhill. Fees taken out of donations raised for the charity increased, you could not talk to a person anymore and had to wait a couple days to get a response via email. No wonder GoFundMe Charity shut down. **What problems is CrowdRise by GoFundMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not solving anything anymore because it is now shut down. It is part of the reason why we found Givebutter and love it so much. Originally was on Haku the official fundraising platform for the Chicago Marathon in 2021 but wasn't a fan of that either. ### 3. With the capabilities to contact donators directly to thank them for their contributions to your efforts, it is a huge plus to track actual donators vice just contacts sent out for assistance in reaching the proposed goals of the fundraiser's actual intentions. With the recent use of the platform by less than honorable people, it is a very positive way to influence the ideal of non-profitable charitable giving to the world and our local communities. At the rate things are going my family and I will definitely use this platform again vice just word of mouth or directly emailing friends and immediate family. Wes the support agent assigned to my email for corrections has been very responsive and completely corrected my self inflicted issues to get our fundraiser to the right level of direction and we can not thank him and the entire customer support staff enough for their hard work and diligence. ### 5. I can't tell you how great that is when our fundraising season is only 10 weeks long.
