The visual experience of Crowdcast is great. The chat was virtually appealing and everyone seemed to like it. We had some connection issues with our attendees not being able to hear the audio, but I think Crowdcast has since resolved those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used Crowdcast when you could only have 4 people onstage, including a screenshare. That was very difficult and caused us to ultimately move away from the platform because we couldn't guarantee our events would fit into those limitations, especially with intros and sponsors. I love how easy to set up Crowdcast is, how it keeps track of all my live events, how the chat function works, how the question section works... really everything is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the quality isn't the absolute best, but it's never been so poor that I had to stop an event. Likewise there have been some small tech issues from the attendees' side, but nothing that isn't typically fixed by logging out and coming back in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had some difficulty with recurring events and payments, but this may have been fixed by now. At the time, it was a one-time pay/register for the series, rather than pay individually for each event in the series Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the many features and sleek design of crowdcast. I use this platform for live product demos from my vendors at work, and it is seamless and flawless. The interface looks great, the action items and chat features work really well, and I'm loving the results we're getting from the demos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy Crowdcast is to use. We use it for our company training and sales webinars and it's very easy for our customers to sign up and attend. I also like that the sessions are automatically recorded for those registered who couldn't attend and that all previous webinars and future webinars are listed out on a nice page. The support is very nice and helpful too. We also like the ability to save custom polls and calls to action in the webinars too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
