What do you like best about CRMNEXT?

What do you like best about CRMNEXT?

CRMnexte is a brilliant tool to help improve customer relationships, automate sales force, manage services and customers in a unique way. An aspect that I can say that what stands out about this platform is the real innovation it offers, since that allows users to work in a timely, fast and effective manner to increase sales efficiency. CRMNEXT has great availability through multiple devices such as computers, tablets, Macs, cell phones and through the cloud. The service is very easy to use and easy to implement which is a great advantage to improve the experience

What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?

A small disadvantage of this service is that sometimes the performance of the CRMNEXT suffers from slowdowns that, despite lasting only a few minutes, generate problems at users when they work, I have talked to support about this problem and it never gives me solid answers or solutions to prevent this from happening which has really been something has caused discomfort. It's very easy to use and customize, and person with no coding experience can also Implement end to end solution with minimal guidance.
