Intuititve and easy to use. Setting it up is fairly easy. Fun to set up contests and prizes for your staff to work towards. Being able to look at reports and see where you are failinig or surging ahead with customer service is a breeze. We look at it weekly to see how we are progressing with employees and their interactions with customers. The only thing I do not like, is the three question survey. An "OK" counts as a negavite. I feel a 5 question survey is still quick and to the point and does not force a 100%, all or nothing kind of survey. Many people will not give 100% everytime and it counts against the employee. We've single-handedly improved of Google reviews, and customer engagement. We're monitoring our customer service and responsiveness with our clients. Any negative reviews we immediately handle and ensure we have a good standing relationship with our clients. Our google reviews speaks for the volume of happy and ravings fans that we have day in an day out.
