I use CreditSafe to gather information when we are setting up billing for clients that are hosting groups at our hotel. I have worked for a larger company in the past that has a central office that approves and reviews and sometimes it would take weeks to get an answer.

The interface does look like it was build in the 90's, but it gets the job done. Would also like to see a mobile app and some better UX.
