What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like that I can periodically check in on customer's credit and not be charged a "per report" fee from running the credit check update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like sometimes the information is inaccurate when the company has more than one location or is a larger entity like a freight forwarder because they have international locations as well sometime. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I use Creditsafe to review the financial ability of companies to pay us, especially for high-end dollar amounts. I like the ease of the search platform; it links possible other businesses together, which helps me determine if they are a good risk. This tool provides a summary and score, making it easier for me to decide if a line of credit is possible for a customer. I also appreciate that the system indicates whether linked businesses are in good standing. The initial setup was very easy since it is all online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Though I like the linking to all the possible links it also can be a bit confusing and I wish they could be paired down to legitimate links, just because a business is in the same strip mall doesn't mean they have anything to do with that business. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like how easy the Creditsafe report is to read and how it provides active liens and judgments on businesses. I also appreciate that it's available in over 30 countries, not just in the USA. This helps us understand every type of business we work with and confirm the type of business it is. Setting it up was very easy; you just reach out, go through their onboarding, and receive credentials. It took about a week or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Some companies that are listed on Experian are not listed here, but you can always send out a Fresh Report request to have them pull it for you, which takes a couple of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I use Creditsafe as the first tool to analyze credit scores and backgrounds for our new customers, and to double-check the status of current customers. It's a wonderful tool that provides a full detailed report, including valuable information needed to understand a company's financial situation. Creditsafe helps us optimize time by understanding background, payment behavior, and credit scores, allowing us to decide on the credit line adjustments. I am completely satisfied and suggest it to any US company. They also have a great customer service team that addresses all questions and invites us to spaces where we can learn to take more advantage of the platform. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I use Creditsafe to look up potential new customers to see their credit score and payment history, which is really helpful in determining credit allowances or if we should offer terms at all. It helps me in decision-making processes and tracking current customers to ensure they're still paying other vendors on time, which has been valuable over the years. I like the ease of the database; I'm always able to find the customer I'm trying to review, often just by putting in their name. Less is more with Creditsafe, which is great. Once you get to a customer's profile, everything is very well laid out with information readily available to review. I've used other databases before and couldn't find any information half of the time, so the time savings is substantial. The website is easy to navigate, and the account managers consistently check in throughout the year. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like that Creditsafe's data is clear and concise, with multiple ways to view it, like in graph form or just about any form you need. Their customer service is tremendous, and my representative is amazing. He not only gave me his contact information for any questions, but also put me in contact with other vendors partnered with Creditsafe that may help us as well. The data is easier to read, and there's usually enough of it so you don't have to reach out to find references. The initial setup was absolutely easy, and we got it set up relatively quickly. One challenge I have encountered with Creditsafe is occasional duplication of files or instances where a file is not yet available, requiring a search order to be submitted. The turnaround time for those requests does not always align with the urgency needed to make timely credit decisions before a client moves forward with a competitor. Additionally, when multiple matches or parent entities exist, it can sometimes be difficult to determine the correct file to use. This requires careful review of payment experiences and trends to ensure the most robust data set is selected. It would be beneficial if Creditsafe could further consolidate related files so payment trends are visible in one comprehensive view. Before I met with Bonnie Ball, I didn’t realize how easy it could be to monitor and track a customer’s various credit metrics. I also appreciate the user-friendly setup and the support I’ve received from the Creditsafe staff. I plan to use the functionality often and track some of our more problematic customers.
