I've been using Creatify AI for a week now, and it has truly transformed the way I approach creative projects. Creatify offers a very wide range of avatars to choose from, as well as the ability to create your own from scratch or your personal video. The tutorial videos are easy to find, short and to the point. It is an extremely user friendly way to create videos in a number of styles. We use it often to create content to be posted on social media and played on screens in our show room. The customer service is awesome as well. I have never find a better website to help me with time saving. Creatify helps me with analyzing my URL or product's image, then generate many different types of scripts to assist me with creative. For people who doesn't have the right image to make Tiktok videos for my advertisement, Creatify provides me with AI Avatar of real people with highly accurate facial expression that looks very real! The video editing software is relatively easy to navigate and edit. Customer support is very quickly too, when I met with troubles, Creatify sends employee to help me with my problems very quickly! I am planning on using Creatify for all of my Tiktok or Facebook posting. This app is extremely great for content creator and digital marketer who wants to catch up with the modern day marketing tactics, while saving times and money use to generate the same effort. While Creatify has some fantastic features, there’s always room for improvement. The avatar movements can feel a bit stiff and repetitive, which makes longer videos seem less natural. I subscribed shortly after they launched. And there were defitely a few bugs that needed worked out. But honestly these guys have listened to several of the suggestions I've had and have corrected bugs and added improvements that I've asked for. I wouldn't have expected them to be perfect right out the gate, but the fact that they actually take your input and do something with it means a lot. Making custom avatars for my company explainer videos and marketing campaigns. Also using avatars for my other company real estate video tours. Used to pay $300 plus per video to actors and hours editing. Now the avatars from Creatify are not 100% perfect but pretty darn close and getting better with updates. Using avatars to get my messages across instead of wordy graphics is much better. Their customer service is fantastic. The avatars created sometimes have glitches. Whole face moves sometimes, not just the mouth and lips. They are working on it though. The editing was a bit of a pain too and having to use more credits to re-render an edited video sucked but they are fixing that too with unlimited edits. I would like to see their created inventory of Avatars with backgrounds be available to use without backgrounds (green screen or no background). Would give us a huge library of Avatars, not just the few we get to create with custom backgrounds (like green screen for video overlays). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creatify offers a good variety of avatars and the ability to create a custom avatar, but where it really stands out from the competition is the script writing. I've compared with several of their competitors and they don't come close to Creatify when it comes to generating scripts that go way beyond anything I expected, and I pride myself on being an excellent writer. Combined with the capability to edit pronunciations and add my own video clips and graphics, our company is able to quickly produce high quality video ads for our social media accounts. Haven't found a real downside yet except maybe add more backgrounds to the existing avatars which they said they'll be doing going forward, but we can solve that issue with a custom avatar if we have to.
