I’ve thoroughly vetted several other AI video tools on the market for this exact use case, and Creatify is absolutely the best for our needs, BY FAR!

I think that in the future the workflow will be even faster, and that it will learn from my edits so the next video it creates fits my needs better.

I use Creatify AI to make UGC content for my TikTok business, and it's quite efficient in all aspects. It saves me time and money, which makes it probably the best in the market. I can create creatives quickly and to a high standard, which is great for use in ABO/CBO. I also appreciate that it looks quite authentic and human-like, making it seem more genuine to users and creating a sense of chemistry and trust. The initial setup was easy too.

The cost - it burns through credits quite quickly. There could be ways to make credits seem more efficient or worthwhile. Educating the user in the intro on the costs and how to use it properly would be helpful.

What I like best about Creatify AI is how quickly it turns ideas into polished video content. The support team that they have at Creatify is extremely helpful and always tries to solve my problems quickly.

Sometimes the generated product images slightly alter the original appearance of the product, especially in details like stone shape, reflections, or jewelry proportions. More control over product accuracy and realism would be very helpful, especially for high-quality jewelry creatives.

Before using Creatify AI, we had to invest significantly more time in editing, content production, and external designers for new product creatives and advertisements. Especially in ecommerce, it is important to be able to quickly test new creatives.

I started using Creatify.ai because I didn't like how the simple AI generated posts looked like - and MAN am I lucky to have found this App ... it is so easy to use - even for a 59 year old non-geek ... and it looks soooo real !! AI has come very far already ... looks so good !! Plus it integrates nicely with my Facebook and IG Marketing Campaigns ... and I love the pricing. I looked at various other apps and they did not make it that attractive. At my 5th video I got stuck as it did not render - but a fairy named Princess from Support helped me within 5-8 Minutes time ... I did not think it would be that fast.  Thank you !! And YES - I was able to keep my deadline due to this fast interaction ... hardly seen that kind of service before ...

I use Creatify AI to create animated videos which has significantly improved productivity compared to when I could only make short 9-second clips. I find it easy to use and the results look amazing. As an Executive of a large church, Creatify AI allows me to dream big and get it done, which saves me a lot of time from working on videos for hours and not getting exactly what I want. The setup was extremely easy and efficient, being very user-friendly with a small learning curve. I love it despite the only minor drawback of rendering time.

I love it.... the only drawback for me is rendering time but that is minimal. The only other feedback would be having the ability to do longer videos: 2 min or more would be fantastic.

The Amazon URL-to-Video feature saves me hours every week — I just paste the product link and the AI handles the rest. I’m about a year into using Creatify, and as I continue to learn it, the platform becomes more powerful. It’s simple to use, fast, and I can usually get something usable on the first try without overthinking it.

The Asset Generator has been especially helpful for trying different versions of the same idea without a lot of extra effort. That alone saves me a ton of time.

Overall, it just feels like a tool that keeps getting better while still staying easy to use, which I appreciate as someone who’s not super technical.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

One thing that would help is being able to make small changes to something after it’s generated instead of having to redo the whole prompt. Even basic tweaks would make the process smoother.

Other than that, just keeping things simple as they add more features would go a long way.

Image to video has been create since I started using 6 months ago. The output was always very real so I was able to use just about everything I created. Saved a lot of time. Right now using the new Asset Generator has been great to easily run a prompt through various image generators for variation. Image generation is fast. This is saving a lot of time. Most generations have been spot on so saves time. The platform is always adding new features and they are making big changes quickly. Right now, I find I dont need to go anywhere else for my needs. They are a responsive team which keeps me here. I know new things are coming. I dont need to try other platforms, and I have comfort knowing they will keep evolving quickly to meet market changes and demands.

Easy-to-use dashboard. I actually created a video within minutes. There are tons of avatars and voices to choose from. There’s a slight learning curve, but it’s still way easier than other AI generators I’ve tried. This is the first one where I didn’t feel like pulling my hair out while using it.

while creating a video, I would like to see a "save" feature where I can come back and edit before I render. Also, it would be nice to send a draft to another team member. Even if it was watermarked.

My favorite thing about Creatify AI is the API. It's very easy to use and makes it valuable because I can write a script and generate multiple AI UGC videos at a time. I also found it very easy to set up on desktop, which is important since mobile has fewer features. The API cost was a better value compared to the product I used before, Phala AI.

I think what could be improved is just maybe if I had I know it has the viral video feature. AI Cloner, but I haven't tested it. Yeah, maybe instead of just the AI ad, maybe some organic content. Mobile has fewer features, but I think it's a lot easier on desktop.

I'm extremely impressed with the overall simplicity and power of the user interface, which is so easy to use that help docs or guides are not necessary. The interface gives creators powerful tools that are intuitively designed and can be easily understood, even by those accustomed to using robust programs like Adobe Premiere Pro. Having everything I need close at hand saves an enormous amount of time and streamlines my workflow. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and within 30 minutes of signing up, I was able to create my first video ad. 

As for the quality of the ads I created... amazing. My client LOVED the work. And when used for Meta ads I achieved click through rates over 35%.

I found a few things in the video editor to be challenging. I'm not expecting a browser-based video editor to be equivalent to applications like Premiere Pro. For example, I could not figure out how to replace the background of an avatar with anything other than a solid color. (EDIT: With the help of customer support, I was able to figure this out!) Perhaps there is a way to do this, but I did not find it intuitively. I would love to see the ability to 'tween' layer/element positions and effects to provide more motion capabilities.

Update after using creatify for months now: I was testing creatify against others, and i really have to say, there is no better platform for creatives creation than creatify! so easy to use and absolut amazing customer service! I love how Creatify AI saves tons of hours per month and the creativity that the AI models come up with by just using a simple prompt. The possibility of using our own avatars and voiceovers makes it way easier to use an avatar instead of filming the footage every time from scratch, providing consistency in terms of using the same character so the outcome is always the same person. The voiceovers sound professional, eliminating the need to hire freelancers, which is time-consuming and costly. The outcome of images, ads, and videos is way better, more creative, and more detailed. The realism, especially for Amazon product main images or hero images, is so good. The initial setup process was straightforward as I just registered, chose a plan, and that's it, with a very good base of how-to.

The tools is insane for creating lifelike, realistic Ads.  I entered a simple script to create a video ad and it was ready and complete within 15 minutes.  That performance is incredible.  The AI 'people' were exceptionally realistic.
I also have needed to talk with the support team - those folks know their stuff and were very quickly able to resolve the one issue I've had so far.

I can very quickly see, as I get used to the platform, that this can become a part of our weekly video publishing needs.  I haven't worked with the app for very long, but the interface is simple and easy to navigate around.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

Credits can get used quickly if you're not careful - make sure you read and understand how the app works as pricing can get out of control if you're not careful.  But, to be able to create a full 30 second ad with less than 15 mins of work, the cost is fantastic.

I don't have a full time video person and its been very challenging to get anything that looks realistic for our products.  Creatify has really impressed us so far.
