It was incredibly easy to sign up and immediately set up some data flows to test against our previous tool. I encountered an issue, reached out to customer service, and received a thorough response.
Compatibility: Our previous tool was only compatible with Google Sheets, and my organization prefers to use Microsoft products. I appreciate that Coupler is compatible with both Google Sheets and Excel, so I can set it up in our existing destinations and will be able to move a lot of our reporting into Excel later on.

It would be helpful if there was a way to set up a data flow with multiple sources going to the same destination but multiple, separate sheets. We use this program for finding meeting conflicts quickly and efficiently. I love that we can customize the program to our exact needs and can manually run the program when we need to see live updates. We use a google sheet connected to Coupler.io that integrates with our data management program, Airtable. We rely on Coupler.io heavily during our busy months and employees are running the software multiple times a day, able to see the data at the same time, in real time.
