I like that they are able to provide a single-point billing for a variety of solutions that our organization requires. I like that they have a team of technicians that are responsive and capable to address all of the requirement of our organization. There are times when Cortavo struggles to provide expanded services related to security. There is a lack of transparency related to the Technology Stack and solutions that are supporting the end users. However, this is something that they have actively communicated they are working on. Cortavo is a true partner and their staff is patient. They communicate well and when they are unsure of how to fix a problem, they do not give up but look for a solution internally and externally without giving up. Our staff is no longer "afraid" to get our IT partner involved and reach out instead of "just living with an IT issue" because the issue is easier to live with than to get the vendor involved.
