**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

The ability to manage digital assets with AI Image recognition technology. It manages Social media presence whenever on the go.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Cornerstone OnDemand has been a game changer in our company. It has impacted our organization positively and hardly have we experienced and difficulties.

Cornerstone OnDemand has proved to offer affordable transition inline with customer needs. It is an excellent software that has friendly and powerful interface that allows for management of personal and business accounts.

**What problems is Cornerstone OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone OnDemand is a professional tool designed for media management and advertisement for franchisemements and agencies. It is a solution that allows us create, manage, engage and report on all activities across our networks.

**Describe the project or task Cornerstone OnDemand helped with:**

Modernizing and streamlining our performance management processes in a single location with ease and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so I can always get help no matter when I need it.  The system is user-friendly for both administrators and end users.  They accept suggestions for improvement ("enhancement requests") so the product continues to get better and better all the time as they evolve to meet their customers' needs.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

The ability for multiple users to be working on an appraisal form at the same time would be nice without them having to send it back and forth to each other within the system.  The ability to more easily track enhancement requests would be nice.

**What problems is Cornerstone OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to streamline our performance management processes and to keep the historical data housed in one location.  Our employees like using the system and it effectively meets our needs.

We converted our LMS / PErformance / Recruiting to CSOD.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Ease of configuring the platform for the unique needs of your organization.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

It can be complicated to find all the working parts to adjust to get the desired result.  There are a lot of connected components, with each able to be configured. So it takes committement to knowledge to be able to accomplish things.

**What problems is Cornerstone OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance tracking and prompting to complete training required for compliance. The reporting features have allowed us to see deeper and take more meaningful actions that support the business than ever before.

Use Cornerstone to house Annual Compliance Training and track employee participation.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Ease with we could set up different curriculums, load videos, and reports to track employee completion.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Complex configuration options try to consider every way the product is used.  The configuration options were sometimes tricky to navigate.

**What problems is Cornerstone OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've achieved a disciplined approach to delivering training and an accurate way of tracking completion.

**Describe the project or task Cornerstone OnDemand helped with:**

Note that we are currently only using the performance module. Cornerstone was an great product that in theory solved our performance needs (mainly, moving off of a paper process) while also allowing improvements such as competency models, goal alignment, 360 evaluations, improvement planning, and more frequent check-ins. In practice, we are a three years into using the system and partly due to the complexity of all the theoretically great features, have been slow to roll out the system to end users. For performance management, the setup and general UI isn't intuitive for a system that isn't used on a daily basis, and we have needed to invest much more time in training and change management than initially planned.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

The product is feature-rich, but be sure to have plenty of resources dedicated to every aspect of your use case. And other than large system outages or issues, be ready to handle technical issues internally.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

While it does seem possible (though on a longer timeline) to eventually roll out additional features and greatly enhance performance management for all our users, another issue compounding the slow rollout speed is answer to technical tickets when we submit them to Cornerstone's Global Product Support. We do continue to put these in on the offhand that we get a helpful answer or a fix, but other than system outages, we rarely get help this way. The support for technical issues feels outsourced, and the technicians answering questions rarely seem to be familiar with Cornerstone any more than one of our users. Due to this supporting being our first point of contact, we usually spend an extraordinary amount of time going through the motions with this team, until we finally escalate to our specific product support contact (who is usually much more helpful; if there isn't a fix, she is usually able to offer us workarounds or explanations for system issues).

**What problems is Cornerstone OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to largely move our staff off paper evaluations and make our entire process of feeding scores and storing evaluation documents automatic, which has removed a huge burden from our HR team.

We integrated our Phishing Simulation and Training software with Cornerstone OnDemand to automatically assign training in Cornerstone OnDemand for each phish failure.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Cornerstone OnDemand has a nice REST API with great documentation

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

API permission setup was a bit cumbersome, but we worked through it

Realtime end user training; ability to assign training at failure was great

We were recently launched ILT and Cornerstone OnDemand was a big help with the videos and forums we can interact with.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

Videos and forums. Also like how easy it is to find what you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone OnDemand?**

There is old content in there from years ago releases. I think removing these would allow for fresh and current content to be curated.
