This CRM does what it's designed for, nothing more, nothing less. This is great as I don't have to dig through a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles just to find the features that I actually need to run my business. I also appreciate the fact that I have the option to pay a subscription so that they can host it for me, or to pay the full amount to host it myself. The software is very customizable and can basically do everything that you would want of a customer relationship management software.
