What do you like best about Copper?

Ease of use! We tried Zoho and Salesforce prior to finding Prosperworks. Both had very limited support and we were never onboarded properly to fit the needs of our company. Jack from Prosperworks was extremely detailed in helping us to set up this solution to fit the specific needs of our company. What do you dislike about Copper?

Can't really think of anything yet. Their staff is amazing. When we've had questions/issues, they remote access our computers and give an answer within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ORGANIZATION!!! We had 13 reps working off of 1 email for lead sources-AGHHH! It was a nightmare and we were losing probably thousands in lead generation revenue. This is keeping my staff organized, but also provides complete transparency so we know where our strengths & weaknesses are to improve productivity and profitability. What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a start-up that literally launched this past weekend at a conference. I came home with a lot of contacts. It's a great problem to have, but I needed to organize the information quickly and contact everyone while the iron is still hot. I was updating Google Apps and saw ProsperWorks recommended. I got started and problem solved: ProsperWorks is allowing me to do data entry, e-mail contacting with a click, and phone call logging all at once while I work through the list. Now I can see how many interactions I've had and very easily click over to my Google Calendar to schedule appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copper?

I am a business Broker and I do my marketing through LinkedIn and other channels. I use web-based Gmail for my business email and Prosperworks works seamlessly. When I receive or write an email in Gmail, I can save the recipient as a person, lead, opportunity or Company and assign tasks to my team accordingly. They need to add:

Automation

Ability to assign tasks to multiple individuals

Notifications when tasks are completed
