There is no as such dislike about the platform till yet. The platform now provides the support of Generative AI that was earlier an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The convy AI platform has helped me alot in few of my projects that require the tranfer and monitoring of multiple user data. With the use of this platoform and the tools that are provided, it becomes very easy to monitor all that.

What do you like best about Convy AI?

In on time, I was able to train and launch a bare essentials chatbot designed to answer common customer questions. It is easy to navigate and it is not very complicated, regardless of one’s level of computer knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convy AI?

I was eager to create a messenger that would be able to offer conditional choices according to the customer’s answers, but the functions of Convy AI did not look very flexible in this regard here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Convy AI?

It smoothly connected to our current CRM and ticketing tool, and of course, the training of the AI was fairly simple. The idea of Convy AI for simple customer management questions appealed to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convy AI?

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with in regards to Convy AI was the fact it can only partially interpret different customer inquiries. This made many dissatisfied customers to be passed back to live agents, thus negating the use of AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
