What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

In my role, being able to quickly find, listen to and download calls between our advisors and customers quickly and easily is important. The Storm platform allows me to do this quickly and with the built in tools, I can halve the time it took with our previous provider/system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

If I was to make a suggestion, it would be to make the search system smarter. This would include the ability to search for a list of outbound AND inbound calls from/to a phone number, rather than having to do them seperately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Simple call listening platform

2. Ability to quickly add to/update the IVR to manage customers expectations in certain situations. I.E. When there is a storm or large event, we can proactively advise customers on compensation process, reducing the amount of complaints and freeing up advisors. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Content Guru Storm is an exceptional platform and service. As a network operator in the UK, we must be able to scale up our operation to 10-20 times our average volumes in just a matter of hours. We're able to do this with STORM and with no hassle too. It's a reliable service; when we need support, the team can help us. It's intuitive and innovative, with constant recommendations on how we can better us the platform being received from our account management team too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Part of our Content Centre operation is the management of an Emergency Service Centre. One of the key risks associated with that is we need 24/7 constant availability of the service to ensure our customers are kept safe at all times. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Great product that is very robust, provides solution to handling high volume of calls efficiently. Easy to use front end for staff to monitor calls, easily customisable to show up to the minute status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Reports can take a while to load, however this is due to volumes of data to collate. Some technical issues that did take a while to resolve, however this was due to our unique configuration and how we have implemented the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?
