we have had a few small issues around calls dropping once in a while Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Positive and welcomed experience of initial consultancy through to delivery and ongoing support. Storm was rolled out to one of our offices adopting contact seats, recording, dialler, CRM integration and analytics modules. In addition one of our key business units adopted the outbound dialler capabilities of the platform. Can't say there was any dislikes of either the product, service or support. All were positive given the complexity and situation we worked to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Ideas for fixes have helped alot over time, then when Cyrus Bryan came to the office he provided a friendly, helpful service, giving examples and showing us what is possible. Really helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

I dont always find the guides that easy to follow when looking for information, also being logged out after a short period isnt helpful either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently looking into a couple of problems. Our reporting options are very inconsistent, so Cyrus is organising a session to resolve this. Currently our reports show different figures for the same item we are looking for.

We also have an issue where the call pausing button is greyed out, meaning we cant stop pausing the call following a transfer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Not enough detailed support documents and don't get enough support on how to configure new solutions, find that CG will resolve issues or charge for a solution instead of supporting us on how to build a solution.

would like to see support videos on social media like Youtube, more examples of how other IVR solutions have been built also covering off-key or new features in detail examples.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Easy to use and Navigate for all roles. As an administrator i can create and amend service lines in alignment with business needs at pace, and as a user it is very easy to navigate to monitor service as well as the ability to create an easy fully functional single pane view for our agents. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Content Guru were absoutely amazing. They are very professional, friendly and super useful. Morgan, Cyrus & Sarah were all really nice and supportive. Their support from day 1 has been amazing and whenever we would email them they would respond back quickly and if were unsure of something they would always book in a meeting to go through the steps over teams.
