Positive and welcomed experience of initial consultancy through to delivery and ongoing support. Storm was rolled out to one of our offices adopting contact seats, recording, dialler, CRM integration and analytics modules. In addition one of our key business units adopted the outbound dialler capabilities of the platform. Not enough detailed support documents and don't get enough support on how to configure new solutions, find that CG will resolve issues or charge for a solution instead of supporting us on how to build a solution.

Easy to use and Navigate for all roles. As an administrator i can create and amend service lines in alignment with business needs at pace, and as a user it is very easy to navigate to monitor service as well as the ability to create an easy fully functional single pane view for our agents.
