What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

- Storm is constantly being improved upon based on customer/user feedback. Content Guru's product roadmap, allows us to see the system's future and change our ways of working to be more efficient.

- Storm's FLOW feature allows us to easily and in real-time, update our phone IVR and email routing which allows us to quickly address spike incidents, new product releases and campaigns that we run to make sure we are providing the best customer service possible. What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Storm is missing some key quality-of-life features such as:

- Being able to handle conversations such e.g. emails in bulk.

- The search function as it only shows conversations based on the email address/phone number (no keyword search).

- Real-time and historical reporting is very limited in what and how you can report on and is not always intuitive to use.

- Tech support could be more proactive in dealing with and keeping us updated on issues/bugs that have been raised.

- Setting up new queues, agents, service types and routings is clunky and time-consuming.

- UI for admins is very bare and it's difficult to find what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we are using multiple different platforms that allow us to communicate with our supporters via phone, email, live chat and social media. Content Guru storm allows us to bring all of our different communication channels under one roof and allows us to report on all of the conversations we have with our supporters more effectively and allow that 360 view of the supporter and the conversation history that they have had with us. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The data reporting is easy to use and provides a lot of informtation.

Storm itself is very user friendly and easy to train others.

Some users need to change their headset settings when logging in.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

As a ccaas administrator i like how easy it is to navigate through storm portal to tend to our contract needs using the predefined modular functionality. The Agent interface can be customised for each contract / role allowing only necessary functionality to be added to make the workspace clear and useable as well as the ability to integrate Case Management systems into a single pane. STORM Recorder, whilst looks good and is continuuall;y improveming, it its immature and unreliabele in its current state, has been released without integrating into the existing STORM controls, and not opening up the ability to manage the recordings the same. It is opening up a new way of working, allowing us as a business to offer services to our customers in new environments. Homeworking was achievable at scale during the pandemic to allow services to continue to operate. This gives me the ability to learn more on the CCaaS environment and develop a career in the area.
