the only think I find that doesn't adapt to my needs is to do with the number of lines that we have in our service and the time it takes me to take them off or on all the lines - it is not a quick change and sometimes I need to do it with more than one agent at a time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is feature-rich allowing integrations into multiple tools with ease, such as PCI payments. In addition to this, the product is extremely intuitive making the experience for us users to navigate the product and process interaction with minimal effort. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The system is user freindly and easy to navgiate, making it simple for the end user and management. Visibility and reporting is also really useful in terms of being able to manage performance. Reliable with minimal issues, resolved quickly when thingssometimes go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times the reporting side can take alittle while top laod, but this is likely due to the volume of data used by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Content Guru have a number of techn ical experts available to support when required. There account management has improved significantly over the last couple of years and with the addition of their Customer Success team this has strengthened the offering that Content Guru provide from a thought leadership and customer success / experience stand point.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?
