What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Am a satisfied user, so can't think of 1, 2, 3 what I like least about Content Guru. There are still many features we don't use from Content Guru. and if we have a problem, Content Guru's support department is there to help us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The team is hugely knowledgeable and will base their service at your level - whether you are highly technical or need explanations in simpler terms. They won't talk in jargon like some other suppliers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Really difficult to answer - we have asked for changes, additional licences, extra training, Teams meetings and CG staff have always been on hand to help - so currently very happy with the whole service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our new Storm Platform will help us better manage our call routing and improve agent efficiency, as well as enable us to add new modules, such as automated payments, Web chat, Agent data management and much more, which over time, will support our strategy of improving the customer experience. Our partnership with Content Guru in implementing Storm has been instrumental in moving us towards achieving our strategic objectives. The Product team welcome customer feedback to help shape their roadmaps.

Storm is easy to integrate with a wide variety of other applications and Content Guru products.

Licence management is complicated.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The Storm platform has been in use by my Agency since 2021 and has gone from strength to strength. The system is user friendly so is liked by our call centre agents, and has a growing set of features aimed at improving both staff and customer experience. Storm is enabling the Agency to take advantage of new technological advancements in the call centre space, including Natural Voice Recognition services and Generative A.I. What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Wide range of products from a single source, further developments on the roadmap, the environments for administrators, in particular the FLOW module and the new Agent Client DTA v2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

Many good products with basic and also extended functionalities but the process for feature requests to improve functionalities or individual extensions of the software is a bit tough and often has to be coordinated in depth with English language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customer service was handled through the software and exclusively by our call center service provider. To optimize our customer support, we have set up an internal team. We wanted to bring control of the software and data back in-house. The external call center and the internal 1st, 2nd and 3rd level teams, as well as the employees at the external logistics service provider, were to work on the same shared platform. In addition, the on-site service should be integrated into the software so that these resources are also available for online customer support. We therefore needed software that was flexible and, above all, could be introduced quickly. It was also important for us to get everything from a single source so that we didn't have to deal with different providers for the various functions we needed. The software also had to be easy to connect to our existing systems, be future-proof and be adaptable by us for practically any scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The system itself is easy to use and when we have onboared user's to the envoroment they have been positive in their experiance in comparrison to other soltuions they have used.

Very few issues but n those times of issues Content Guru provide a variety of ways to contact them for assistant.Recently they have added Web Chat which I find particularly useful to help resolve quries promptly.I have regular meetings with the business manager to bring up any issues or provide advice on enhancing our use of the service. I find all dealings with CG staff to be prfessional and personable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Content Guru help us in 2 ways. We have a select section of users who we use Storm for to provide some basic telephony usage with hunt groups for dial in calls. This works very basic in a hunt group setting. We also provide service desks for a number of customers including customers within the Public Sector. Content Guru's call centre software allows us to create IVR's to route calls to agents in a service desk giving us the extra funcitonalty over hunt groups of playing recording messages ,prompts to direct calls and voicemail.More recently with the help of CG we have begun building API's into our offerings to further automate and streamline our services.
