With modern Contensis, the simplicity. I've had to demonstrate it's use to many colleagues across our NHS Trust and they have all found it intuitive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, we're still hopping between Contensis classic and modern Contensis so I find this process slow and laggy. I also find Contensis classic to be not very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Modern Contensis is easy to use and well laid out. The website updates are normally quick to be made live. I have been happy with using Contensis in my role so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the preview link doesn't work properly which can be frustrating, so I have to make the page live to see the page properly and then make any changes I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The headless CMS is really impressive, and as good or better than any better known CMS out there. The regular improvements and new features that ship are significant. We've been able to use the content delivery API to display the same content in different apps front-ends, and have gotten friendly and patient client and developer support along the way as we've run into questions. Emergencies are responded to quite well, but tickets about "bigger", non-urgent questions can take longer to respond to or need chasing or they'll be forgotten. For example, project structures. We have also had some significant issues with publishing queue on Classic Contensis, the legacy version, but the support for those issues has often felt short-term and piecemeal without getting to the root of the problem. We do intend to upgrade, but it's a significant project in itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the reusability with content types, they are simple for developers to build and content editors find them to be easier to work with over other systems we used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contentsis can be difficult to work when the system is acting slow or doesn't load at all. It can be frustrating, especially in meetings and training to have the system freeze on us. This can also cause us to lose work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like working with content types and entries. Being able to break components down into exactly what you need is great. It helps to speed up the planning and site build process, as content can be inputted independently from the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it if it was easier to set permissions for users on a node rather than a content type. It would make it easier to keep users access up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
