The best part about Contensis is how quickly and professionally tickets/help are dealt with. Me and my team have always had great experience with the support team. Some aspects of composition don't work, such as image cropping or image positioning in banners etc. This can get a bit annoying as sometimes things/bugs like this aren't always prioritise.

Content types and entries are super easy to use, and great for web editors with limited experience. The UI is also great. The publishing process is quicker than any other CMS I have used. This CMS system has great features and is easy to use with a simple user interface making it quite easy for new members to work their way around the system in a short period of time.

Zengenti offers reliable support and tickets and emergencies are responded to quite quickly. Updates and fixes are regular.

We are currently migrating from Classic Contensis towards the new headless CMS UI which Zengenti is providing excellent 1-to-1 support as we make the transition.

We are looking forward to the new features that the cloud-based Contensis will offer. Headless CMS gives our organisation the flexibility it needs to manage the content creation.
