Copying and pasting off sheet excel bills of material into the quote because its so terrible to create it within connectwise for large projects. Do NOT buy this if you need to do large projects, internal changeorders, or external changeorders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Forecasting labor resources is now impossible, in Q360 we used to be able to forecast number of labor hours months ahead of time. You can only see 200 line items at a time. Cannot do changeorders easily. Disgusted with this software. Its breaking the spirit of our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connectwise is good for a ticketing system for anyone in IT. Its a good program if you have multiple users with different teams to keep track of the clients you work with. Its also great for Project Management when it comes to bigger IT programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Connectwise is the fact if you have multiple dispatch portals if you close the program you need to reload all the different dispatch portals. Very frustrating if you have multiple teams you need to look at at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConnectWise is a robust tool to manage everything from your sales pipeline, to procurement, service and project, invoicing, and asset management. With tons of integrations, if you use it correctly ConnectWise will be the center of your IT support universe. ConnectWise also has a fantastic community of providers that is an inexhaustible resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ConnectWise can be a bit slow to develop and release some features, even when they are heavily requested by partners, but there is an excellent enhancement forums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConnectWise allows Sales and Marketing to manage all their needs without requiring access to Accounting Software. Partnering with Accounting Packages (SAGE Intacct specifically in our case) provides seamless transfer of information without requiring hands-on actions. Sales knows when invoices are paid, accounting knows what invoices have gone out. Sales and Marketing can create reports on Customer balances, Sales by date, or customer or product without asking Accounting staff to run reports. A Great product! Service. You can call but most times in order to talk to anyone you will need to wait or put in service down ticket. Chat support is the worst. i normally wait anywhere between 10-35 mins in the queue (and it only shows that there are 1 or 2 people ahead of me). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One tool that provides all of our primary business needs: Company/Contact List, Sales Orders, Invoicing, Service Tickets, Project Management, and timesheets. Also, it's the defacto leader in integratrations with other vendors. Specifically, it provides the ability to sync billing and service ticket info from systems such as Synnex STELLR (e.g. Microsoft 365 billing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software hasn't had a meaningful upgrade in years. The user interface is not modern and is mostly based on the original design almost 20 years ago. Further, every new version that comes out appears to make it run that much slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
